A word on the artwork on this website.

Most of the images used on this website are from an arts healing work I did named, "Postcards from Home".  They are assemblage/collage efforts, bringing together compelling images with objects, calligraphy, coupled with a quote I meditated on for a time.  The work was an inquiry into using the Authentic Movement form with art materials and collected objects while having an intention.  Watch for an article to come soon describing this process.

Following is my blog link.  I've written over 200 essays on subjects ranging from nutrition, the somatic experience, death and dying, self care, emotional competence, sleep, energy, self-governance, exercise/movement, stress, wellness, attention, relationship, etc.  To access posts on specific content, just type in the content you wish to see (ie:  "meditation", "bodywork", "presence", etc) in the upper left hand corner of the blog, and every article I've written with that specific content will tile-down in chronological order.
